As we find ourselves worshipping away from our sanctuary, it is a good time to pause and reflect on our true identity as a church.  To help us in this, we can go back to a very similar time in the history of Israel when God’s people found themselves dislocated from Egypt and not yet in the Promised Land.

As we face the adventure before us, we will continue a series of messages looking at the challenges faced by the people of Israel in their “dislocated” journey between Egypt and the Promised Land.  Today we’ll see how the adventure of faith inevitably brings challenges that press us more deeply into God’s resources.
