This is a mini course packed with knowledge for anyone that handles food or works in a kitchen setting. Our instructors bring a wealth of information for questions and answers in these sessions to make them extremely valuable.
Topics covered will include a look at foodborne illness, cleaning and sanitization, handwashing and personal hygiene, temperature control and most importantly the focus being safe food handling practices.
