Preparation for Sunday
Read Colossians 1:3-8
Today Pastor Lyle will continue a series of sermons from the book of Colossians entitled, “The Immanuel Agenda; Life With God”. As we look at the passage above, we’ll see how Paul is grateful to God for what he has heard about the people in the Colossian church. They are displaying some strong signs of what it looks to live life “with God”. Paul’s description of the church thus provides us with a great picture of living by the “Immanuel (God with us) Agenda”.
