What does the church believe?
Read our Statement of Beliefs here.
What should I wear?
Come as you are! We generally are a casual church so please wear whatever you are comfortable in.
Where can I park?
There is a small parking lot on the south side of the building that we would like to make available for seniors and young families. We have a parking lot just west of our building, and parking is also available in the neighbourhood surrounding the church.
We are located three blocks east of the McKernan/Belgravia LRT Station.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have an elevator accessible by the south entrance and a lift accessible at the north entrance. Please contact the church office if you have concerns about accessibility.
Will I be asked to give money?
That’s a great question. If you are new to our church or just visiting, we want you to feel welcome and we do not expect you would give as a visitor. If you are regularly attending and would consider McKernan your church home, we would ask you to consider supporting the ministries of McKernan with your tithe and offering.
How long is a church service?
Typically our church service runs about 1 hour and 20 minutes long.
Do I have to be a Christian to attend?
Absolutely not! We hope our church is an open and inviting place for anyone who's interested to come and join in a church service.
How do I change my contact information?
Please contact the church office anytime to update or change your contact information.
I am going through a hard time. Who can I talk to about it?
We have many pastors and leaders who would be happy to call or meet with you to help you out. Please call the church office at 780-436-0611 or email Pastor Mike for more details. Thank you for reaching out!
