In verses 6-10 we read about Paul’s desire to go to different places to preach the Gospel, but found God was keeping him from going where he wanted to go. Planning isn’t a bad thing, but what can get us into trouble is when we don’t submit our planning to God for His approval, or if after presenting our plans to God, we don’t take the time to listen to what He is saying to us about those plans. God was guiding Paul all along his journeys, and Paul was faithful to serve even when it was in locations that weren’t his first choice. God was leading Paul throughout a time of uncertainty, and God will be faithful to lead you and me through our times of uncertainty as well. Proverbs 16:9 says, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.”

LINDENBERG, HARRY AND MYRNA LYNN - Desert Streams Healing Ministries
Desert Streams Healing Ministries is a Christian ministry established in 2005 by Harry and Myrna Lynn Lindenberg, whose initial training was done through Ellel Ministries. Desert Streams is a healing prayer-based ministry. Although our primary focus is on the healing of the inner person, we desire to see healing come to the whole person! Desert Streams offers three main services: 1) personal ministry appointments—i.e. pma’s, 2) healing retreat weekends, 3) the LiFE School of Healing and Discipleship. We are also in the process of developing seminars on a few healing-related issues that many in our society struggle with. We are launching our introductory LiFE School course again in March with a whole new group of aspiring healing prayer ministers! Desert Streams continues to grow, and we are hoping to expand our staff team shortly!
