McKernan Baptist Church (MBC) assumes the right to revoke all parking permits at its sole discretion. The MBC parking lot is governed and enforced by city bylaws regarding private parking lots. Parking is currently available at no charge, but this may be change with 30 days’ notice. An official MBC parking pass must be displayed in the driver’s side lower corner of the windshield.
