The health and well-being of our MCDC community is of extreme importance. Though no provincial health restrictions currently exist, we have chosen a cautious approach forward in regards to all illness and are continuing to follow a 48hr illness policy. Ongoing sanitizing of our materials and spaces are regularly completed and handwashing is an essential practice throughout the day. Each day, both educators and families are asked to assess their own health to determine if they are well enough to fully participate in the daily routines. If your child is unwell, we ask that you please keep them at home and call or message us to let us know their symptoms so we can record them. Then, please stay home for a minimum of 48 hrs prior to returning to care to ensure your child is well enough to return.
