Galatians 2:1-14
This morning Pastor Dan will be continuing our new series on the book of Galatians. We’ve subtitled the series, “Dwelling in Freedom” as Paul convincingly explains that our freedom comes from faith in Christ.
In today’s passage Paul keeps his foot on the throttle as he has throughout all of Galatians. With a compelling blend of humility and conviction, Paul, identifies his partnership in the spread of the Gospel with the other apostles. Then he reveals that his calling is not from his peers but directly from a revelation from God. As such, his responsibility is also an opportunity to confront these spiritual giants as they have drifted from dwelling in freedom into the danger of being in bondage to legalism.
