Preparation for Sunday, April 30

1 Corinthians 12:12-31

We are currently exploring a number of “practices” that give shape to what it means to be in right relationship with God, with one another and with our neighbour. Today we will take another look at the practice of “Kingdom Participation.” This Sunday, the MOBY Mexico Mission team is taking over the service and will be sharing a bit about the upcoming Youth Mission trip to Mexico City. We’ll be looking at the 1 Corinthians passage where Paul talks about how we all are different parts of the body, with different gifts and abilities and callings, and how we each need to live out our specific part so that the body can be whole. As the youth go on this mission trip in August, they are playing one part of our body as a Church, but even though you might not be coming with us, there is a part for you to play too!
